Ingredients
2 (8-oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
7 cups powdered sugar
Preparation
Beat softened cream cheese, butter, and brown sugar
at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy. Add vanilla, and beat
until blended. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating at low speed until
blended. Increase speed to high; beat 1 minute or until smooth.
